SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation

·        Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports

·        Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policy and regulations, and roll out reconciliation procedures

·        Monitor and maintain a new audit system by implementing new policies and procedures in the finance department

·        Over all functions of accounting activities and formulation / implementation of quality system in accounting department

·        Implementation and maintaining quality system in finance area as per quality system documentation

·        Maintaining thorough, well organized accounts receivable customer files by scanning documents and sorting and filing by customer.

·        Identify daily transactions in bank accounts.

·        Reconcile different bank accounts and imprest/petty cash accounts

·        Maintains financial security by following internal controls.

·        Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

·        Any other task as delegated by management from time to time.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

 

·        Bachelor of Commerce or related studies

·        Minimum 5 years experience preferably in industrial companies

·        27 – 35 years old

·        Self-motivated and able to clearly communicate with the team and management at all levels.

·        Good presentation skills and ability to provide/receive training.

·        Excellent written communication skills

·        Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic

·        Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and accounting systems are required

·        Fluent in Arabic & English

ACCOUNTS MANAGER  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Managing customer relationships

·        Driving revenue growth and retention.

Branch Manager - Sales (BAHRAIN)

Branch Manager - Sales to be assigned in our Bahrain office. The work will be a pivotal role in driving sales growth and market expansion within Bahrain and contributing to Saudi market development. This role encompasses the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and tender participation to negotiations, project follow-up, and payment collection. The successful candidate will also manage distributor relationship management, consultant Pre-Qualification, and general office management. This position requires an initiative-taking, purposeful individual with strong negotiation and people skills, and a comprehensive understanding of sales processes in the construction/industrial sector.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in Managerial or similar supervisory role, preferably in the construction, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
· Proven history of achieving sales targets and successfully managing tender processes.
· Strong understanding of the Bahraini market dynamics and business landscape.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in any ERP software’s and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Fluency in English and Arabic is advantage.
· Valid Bahrain driving license.
